01 — The chain

The production chain, in five stages

Limestone is drilled and blasted at the quarry face.

Excavators load dump trucks for the short haul to the crushing plant.

Run-of-mine feed is crushed and screened to size on a surge-fed circuit.

Screened output is stockpiled by product grade.

Cargoes are loaded onto barges at our own jetty, adjacent to the stockpiles.

Operating every stage ourselves allows us to maintain consistent quality and meet committed delivery schedules without reliance on third parties.
